Favi şunları toplamaz: konum, rehber/kişiler, fotoğraflar, dosyalar, cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği, kullanım istatistikleri, çökme raporları. Uygulamada reklam ağı veya analitik aracı bulunmaz.
Giriş yapılması gereken bazı sitelerde (örneğin ilan siteleri) ürün bilgisini alabilmek için uygulama içinde bir tarayıcı penceresi açılır. Bu sitelere ait oturum çerezleri yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır; sunucuya, uygulama sahibine veya üçüncü taraflara hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Bu sitelerdeki kullanıcı adı ve şifreniz uygulama tarafından okunmaz veya kaydedilmez.
Veriler yalnızca hizmeti sunmak amacıyla işlenir: hesabınızı tanımak, favorilerinizi saklamak, cihaz değiştirdiğinizde geri yüklemek ve takip ettiğiniz ürünlerin fiyatı değiştiğinde bildirim göndermek. Hukuki dayanak, aramızdaki hizmet ilişkisinin (sözleşmenin) ifasıdır. Pazarlama amaçlı işleme yapılmaz.
Verileriniz satılmaz ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için gereken altyapı sağlayıcısı kullanılır:
Bunun dışında veriler, yalnızca yasal bir zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşılabilir.
Verileriniz hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, hesabınıza bağlı tüm favori ve sepet kayıtları da silinir. Uygulama içindeki geri dönüşüm kutusundan kalıcı olarak sildiğiniz ürünler buluttan da kaldırılır.
KVKK (6698 sayılı kanun) ve GDPR kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz:
Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için yukarıdaki iletişim adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Uygulama içinden: Favoriler ekranının sağ üstündeki hesap simgesine dokunun → Hesabımı sil. Kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra hesabınız, tüm favorileriniz, sepetleriniz ve fiyat geçmişiniz hem cihazdan hem buluttan anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Alternatif olarak favidestek@gmail.com adresine, hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (HTTPS/TLS). Bulut veritabanı kuralları, her kullanıcının yalnızca kendi verisine erişebileceği şekilde yapılandırılmıştır. Şifreler Firebase tarafından geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır.
Favi 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamaz. Böyle bir veri toplandığı fark edilirse derhal silinir.
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir.

Favi does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising IDs, usage analytics, or crash reports. The app contains no ad network and no analytics tool.
Some sites require you to be signed in before product details are available. For those, the app opens a browser window inside the app. Session cookies for those sites are stored only on your own device and are never transmitted to any server, to the app owner, or to third parties. Your usernames and passwords for those sites are never read or stored by the app.
Data is processed solely to deliver the service: identifying your account, storing your favorites, restoring them when you change devices, and notifying you when a tracked product's price changes. The legal basis is performance of the service agreement between us. No processing is done for marketing purposes.
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. We use one infrastructure provider, strictly to operate the service:
Beyond this, data may only be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all favorites and baskets linked to it are deleted as well. Products you permanently delete from the app's recycle bin are also removed from the cloud.
Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you have the right to:
To exercise these rights, write to the contact address above; requests are handled within 30 days.
From inside the app: tap the account icon at the top right of the Favorites screen → Delete my account. After verifying your identity, your account, all favorites, baskets and price history are deleted immediately and permanently, from both the device and the cloud. This cannot be undone.
Alternatively, send a deletion request to favidestek@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account; requests are handled within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Cloud database rules are configured so that each user can access only their own data. Passwords are stored irreversibly by Firebase.
Favi is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If such data is discovered, it is deleted immediately.
This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
